Community Outreach

SAVE, A Friend to Homeless Animals believes in educating our community about pet ownership, acting as a resource for pet owners, and most importantly, reducing the number of homeless animals. Our goal is to promote awareness and encourages civic engagement surrounding issues that affect our region.

SAVE participates in many adoption events out in the community, including local pet stores. Look for us at your local community events. We also sponsor Stroll for Strays in the Park- a fun and educational day for the whole family.

SAVE also partners with local businesses, companies and corporations in the Greater Princeton area that offers a direct and meaningful way for employees to volunteer at the shelter and participate in rewarding hands-on work.
