Meet Perdita: She has never met a stranger-mostly because she considers everyone a friend. Perdita is one of those dogs who seems to operate under the assumption that every person she encounters is here specifically to meet her. And honestly? She may have a point. This girl is an absolute social butterfly and is always happy to say hello, make a new friend, and collect a little extra attention along the way. Perdita is what I like to call a "people's pit." She's affectionate, outgoing, playful, and has that wonderfully goofy enthusiasm that makes it very difficult not to smile when she's around. She loves being with her humans, enjoys a good play session, and is always ready to see what kind of fun might be happening next. She's also a big fan of getting out and about. Perdita enjoys a good stroll where she can take in the sights, sounds, and-most importantly-the smells. Her nose has opinions, and she intends to hear all of them. Walks with Perdita are less about setting a personal speed record and more about enjoying the journey, exploring the world, and stopping periodically to investigate something that is clearly Very Important. When she's not busy making friends with the humans, Perdita is happy to spend time with canine companions, too. She's dog friendly and could potentially do wonderfully in a home with another dog, provided they're a good match for her personality.
