Meet Porkchop: Cutest Cyclops this side of the Acheron River! When we saw Porkchop's face at another shelter, we took one look and thought, "Yep. That one. We need that one." And honestly? We stand by that decision. Porkchop is a spunky little Yorkie with a BIG personality and a face that gives serious Cyclops energy. He actually has two eyes, but one is extremely malformed, stays closed, and unfortunately doesn't provide him with any vision. But here's the thing: Porkchop does not appear to have received the memo that he's supposed to be operating at a disadvantage. He runs, he plays, he explores, he makes friends, and he enthusiastically follows his people wherever the action is. As far as Porkchop is concerned, he's got everything he needs-and he has absolutely no intention of slowing down. This little guy is fun, playful, people-loving, and perpetually ready to be involved. If you're standing up, Porkchop is wondering where you're going. If you're walking down the hall, he's coming with you. If you're doing something interesting, congratulations-you now have a tiny, Cyclops-faced Yorkie supervisor. And yes, that adorable face is somehow even more charming in person. ❤️ We've also introduced Porkchop to other dogs and he's done well, so he could potentially be a great match for the right canine companion. As always, we'd want everyone to meet and make sure the friendship is a good fit. Porkchop may have only one working eye, but he is not down a single ounce of enthusiasm.
