About the event

Celebrate the season with us at a festive fall day filled with fun for the whole family, and plenty of tail-wagging, too! Enjoy delicious food and sweet treats, artisan and craft vendors, children's activities, and entertainment for all ages.

And don't miss one of the day's most anticipated highlights: a parade of SAVE's adoptable dogs dressed in their fall and Halloween best! Stop by our fall-themed photo area to capture a seasonal memory, embark on the scavenger hunt, explore the vendors, and soak up the sights and sounds of autumn, all while supporting SAVE's mission to help homeless animals find loving, forever homes.

What's happening

  1. Adoptable dogs on parade

    SAVE's adoptable dogs strut their stuff in costume. Fall for one? Any staff member or volunteer can tell you how to start the adoption process.

  2. Artisan and craft vendors

    Shop local makers for gifts, handmade goods, and treats for you…and your pup.

  3. Food & tasty treats

    Come hungry! We'll have plenty of delicious food and irresistible fall treats to enjoy as you stroll, shop, and take in the festivities.

  4. Fun for all ages

    Enjoy pumpkin decorating and bounce-house fun for the kids, plus a scavenger hunt and a complimentary professional photo for everyone in our festive fall-themed photo area.

Bringing your dog

We love our furry guests. For everyone's safety, especially our SAVE adoptable dogs, please review these guidelines before bringing your pet:

  • Dogs are welcome, but attendance is at your own risk. Please consider your dog's temperament and ability to handle crowds, noise, and other animals.
  • Some SAVE adoptable dogs may not be dog-friendly. Trained staff and volunteers will manage them, but please keep a respectful distance from SAVE animals at all times.
  • No retractable (flexi) leashes. For safety, standard 6-foot leashes only. If you do not have one, we can loan you a leash at the event.
  • Dogs must remain leashed and under control at all times.
  • Please clean up after your dog. Waste bags will be available on site.
